OUR STORY
Handcrafted furniture is our speciality but Napoleon Rockefeller was started as an offshoot of a reputable family business in antiques that has been established in London for 30 years.
The knowledgeable and trusted local shopping experience of Antiques of Wimbledon, combined with a love of vintage style decor and furniture upcycling is now brought to you online with a specially curated collection.
Take a peek at Napoleon Rockefeller's online shop where you'll find an eclectic fun & quirky selection of one-off pieces; handcrafted furniture, vintage, retro, antique and painted furniture, curiosities, collectables and artwork.
Our handcrafted furniture includes range of antique style upholstered seating, from lounge chairs and chaises to footstools and more, handcrafted in England. These quality made to order pieces can be customised with a choice of fabrics, sizes and seat heights. Our Winston Union Jack chair, sofa and footstool is a perennial customer favourite - the iconic Winston Union Jack chair originally launched our range of bespoke chairs.
For fans of painted shabby-chic style furniture, we've created some beautiful hand painted vintage and antique pieces of furniture, and we also offer a bespoke painting service for your own pre-loved pieces.

WHO IS NAPOLEON ROCKEFELLER?
Napoleon Rockefeller is the brainchild of fine-art-trained painter turned TV producer director Tina Tay who wanted to combine her passion for quirky vintage decor and furniture upcycling with her partner's knowledge and experience in the antiques world to bring together a wonderful fusion of styles and histories.
We are a family affair - firstly there's painter of furniture, upholstery enthusiast and busy mother of two boys Tina (left), then there's Napoleon (that's him on the NR logo) and little Rockefeller (in blue), then last but not least Tina's other half, otherwise known as The Antique Dealer...

WHAT PEOPLE SAY...
"It was a real pleasure dealing with Tina at Napoleon Rockefeller. I was impressed with items of furniture painted by Tina whilst purchasing an oak chest of drawers from Antiques of Wimbledon and so decided to have my chest painted. Tina completed the work promptly and throughout the process kept in touch with me to ensure the work was being done to my requirements. I am extremely happy with the result".
Maria L, Wimbledon
"I found Napoleon Rockefeller’s website whilst searching for a present. You can instantly tell when someone else is on your aesthetic wavelength - I could have bought half of the items showcased on their website. I settled on two beautiful leather Mulberry chairs that looked great value. I was even more delighted when I collected them. Service was great throughout and it was a pleasure dealing with Tina.Take a visit online or in person - you won’t be disappointed."
Mark, Bristol.
"Winston Union Jack chair and footstool arrived safely and look fab, thanks very much. Hopefully be in touch for something equally fab soon!"
Phillippa, Peterborough
"We love our Ophelia striped armchair. Now, we just have to get our books out of storage and our reading corner will be complete!"
Sally, S.E London
"I recently bought a 1950s dressing table for a bedroom furnished in a mid-century modern style. I visited the shop to see it before purchase and it was exactly as described and photographed. Tina and Jason were both very helpful and it was delivered to me a few days later at the time we'd arranged. The table's a great addition to the room and I'm very happy with it!"
Keith, SW London
"We received the chair today. Love it. Great to have a piece with some character as well as skilled TLC to update it. Really brings my office to life. I can't fault the communication or service either as far as you are concerned, and although delivery was later than they (the delivery firm) first promised, a couple of days in no big problem in the scheme of things. I will look forward to using the chair to do some writing (and playing the piano a little, in times of procrastination).
Joe, Nottingham
