The snail book ends have arrived miraculously in time for our grandson’s graduation tomorrow taking place at 5:00pm in Richmond, a residential suberb of Vancouver. The postman was at my door this morning. The book ends more than meet our expectations and are the perfect gift for him, representing as they do his childhood memory of discovering these amazing sea molluscs on a beautiful cove on Salt Spring island near our cottage. They truly mark the beginning of his passion for the environment and marine biology. My husband and I absolutely love them and know he will too. Again, many thanks for our lovely sofa and for helping us to achieve exactly the look we wanted. It has already been much admired. We had almost given up hope of finding the sofa we wanted when quite by chance we came across it on the Napoleon Rockefeller website. We immediately contacted Tina regarding fabrics and over the next week or so she provided us with numerous samples which helped us choose exactly the right colour. Nothing was too much trouble. We then had to wait a few weeks for our sofa to be built but it was worth the wait as we now have the most gorgeous sofa - exactly what we wanted and the quality and finish are superb. We can’t thank Tina enough for all her help and advice and for the efficiency of the whole transaction, not forgetting the seamless delivery by Malc. It was a real pleasure dealing with Tina at Napoleon Rockefeller. I was impressed with items of furniture painted by Tina whilst purchasing an oak chest of drawers from Antiques of Wimbledon and so decided to have my chest painted. Tina completed the work promptly and throughout the process kept in touch with me to ensure the work was being done to my requirements. She did a fabulous job repainting our dated Mexican Pine furniture. It looks great now. She was very helpful, with lots of good suggestions. She did the painting at our house and worked quickly and tidily. A real pleasure to have around. I can thoroughly recommend her if you want to refurbish some furniture.

I recently bought a 1950s dressing table for a bedroom furnished in a mid-century modern style. I visited the shop to see it before purchase and it was exactly as described and photographed. We received the chair today. Love it. Great to have a piece with some character as well as skilled TLC to update it. Really brings my office to life. I can't fault the communication or service either as far as you are concerned, and although delivery was later than they (the delivery firm) first promised, a couple of days in no big problem in the scheme of things. I will look forward to using the chair to do some writing (and playing the piano a little, in times of procrastination).

We had been looking for a while for a suitable seat to go beneath our living room window. Everything seemed either too uncomfortable (storage bench seats), too old-fashioned and grand (traditional chaise longues), or too basic and modern (futons). We then chanced upon a beautiful daybed / ‘mini chaise’ from Napoleon Rockerfeller which was just the perfect fit and style. Tina was brilliantly helpful in sending and suggesting fabric samples and was super-responsive to messages. It wasn’t long before our beautiful custom-made seat was delivered and it has been much admired (and sometimes fought over as ‘prime seat’) by all of us! I love having a touch of luxury in the room and cherish my ‘me time’ in my new favourite seat 🙂 I heartily recommend this company and would love to be lucky enough to be able to order another item in the future.
